OUR RETURNS POLICY

Please contact me as soon as you receive your sterling silver jewellery order if you are not happy with it. You have 14 days from receiving your item to contact me in order to return it.

Returns will only be accepted if the item is unworn and returned as new inside its original packaging.

I am unable to accept returns that do not comply with the above. Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
